What I can offer as a mentor
As a mentor, I offer both strategic guidance and hands-on insight across journalism, documentary filmmaking, storytelling, and content strategy. I help mentees sharpen their editorial judgment, develop compelling narratives, and translate complex issues into stories that resonate with diverse, global audiences. Whether it’s shaping a pitch, structuring a long-form piece, or refining a multimedia project, I focus on clarity, impact, and purpose. Beyond storytelling, I bring experience in building and leading teams, launching new initiatives, and creating sustainable content systems. I can support mentees in navigating leadership challenges, growing into editorial or management roles, and understanding how to align creative vision with organizational goals. My goal is to help mentees not only improve their craft, but also build the confidence and skills needed to lead, innovate, and make meaningful contributions in the field.
