Biography
Reese joined the Associated Press in fall 2015 as an investigative reporter based in Dallas. Before then, he spent 16 years at The Dallas Morning News, specializing mostly in projects and enterprise. He`s written about developers who gained taxing powers by forming special government districts in sham elections, priests who fled overseas to elude sex-abuse charges, murderers freed on probation, and patient harm and medical billing fraud.
